Аннотации:
В учебном пособии предпринята попытка представить учебную дисциплину «Корпора-тивные финансы» с учетом требований Федеральных государственных образовательных стан-дартов третьего поколения, взаимосвязи теоретических и прикладных аспектов и современных средств анализа новых направлений исследований и активного обучения.
Пособие состоит из базовой главы и восьми глав, в которых по принципу «от простого — к сложному» раскрыты важнейшие вопросы управления финансами корпораций.
В главе 1 проблематика корпоративных финансов раскрывается с позиции системного подхода и анализа. Обсуждаются важнейшие понятия во взаимосвязи логики и истории формирования как практики управления финансами, так и теорий корпоративных финансов.
В главе 2 для изучения управления финансами корпораций в краткосрочном периоде использован оригинальный тренажер по оборотным средствам, совокупность последовательно усложняющихся ситуаций, подкрепленные рядом рекомендаций по выработке решений.
В главе 3 анализ финансовой отчетности показан на примере простых бизнес ситуаций с развитием в направлении методов и моделей оценки финансового состояния.
В главе 4 на примере реальных данных сделан важный шаг в направлении реализации рас-смотренных методов управления финансами.
В главе 5 сделан переход к управлению финансами корпорации в долгосрочном периоде с акцентом на планирование капитальных вложений и оценку инвестиционных проектов.
В главе 6 более детально рассмотрены такие важные источники финансирования корпораций, как облигации, акции и опционы.
Пособие предназначено для бакалавров, обучающихся по направлению «Экономика».

The au-thors attempt to present the university course “Corporative Finance” with the requirements of the Russian Federal State Educational Standards of the third generation, and taking into account the relationship of theoretical and applied aspects of modern analysis. New research directions in economics and methods of active teaching and learning play important role in this teaching aid.
Unlike many other books in this area, this text contains two principal new features.
The first feature is the application of the modern ideas and methods of cognitive psychology for the more effective study (including teaching and learning). This approach have been constantly developing in the Novosibirsk State University (management games, simulation tools, etc.).
