The article shows that current researches of applicability conditions of the probability theory suggested by Kolmogorov are profound, interesting but incorrect. Shafer and Vovk have tried to demonstrate that these conditions are dependent in the context of the Bernoulli theorem. However, this theorem was proved for independent experiments, while Kolmogorov’s conditions do not include the independence requirement.
