The author constructs and analyses a discrete mathematical model of the evaluative aspect of the problem of universals. He considers metaphysics as formal axiology. Therefore, he submits and develops a formal-axiological interpretation of the metaphysical problem of universals. The philosophical notions «universal», «one-ness», «set», «being», «sign», «meaning», etc. are considered as evaluation-functions determined by one or two evaluation-variables in two-valued algebra of metaphysics. The evaluation-functions under study are precisely defined by tables. Strict definitions of the notions «formal-axiological equivalence» and «law of algebra of metaphysics» are also provided. By means of these definitions a list of equations and laws of that algebra is generated. By virtue of the listed equations and laws, new aspects of the old problem are discovered: nominalism, realism and conceptualism are seen in quite a new light.
