Study of the stage of portal blood flow (PBF) in patients with the initial diagnosis of hemoblastosis (HB). The survey was carried out of 44 patients with hb: lymphogranulomatosis (LGM) and non-hodgkin lymphomas (NHL). The mean age of the patients was 37.6 ± 2.7 years. The 80 % HB patients had PBF disturbances in the form of the reduction in arterial and venous flow to the liver and the increase in the venous outflow from the liver and spleen that can be attributed to the spasm of the arterioles and terminal venules in the liver and leads to the blood flow bypass, at the Same time the changes manifestation was intensified if patients had splenomegaly.
