There was an analysis of disease clinical picture held with involvement of 28 patients from Zabaykalye (that are 56 eyes). In course of study on the 1 st – 2 nd day starting from the admission to hospital and on the 12–14 days disease severity (in accordance with EUGOGO recommendations) and disease activity (according to CAS scale) were estimated. Thyroid-stimulating hormone was also determined. Absence of age influence and thyroid function influence on disease severity and activity of Graves’ orbitopathy was detected. It was noted that men have more severe course of Graves’ orbitopathy. Incidence of illness activity symptoms is evaluated. The most widely-spread: swelling of the eyelids, redness of the conjunctiva, conjunctival edema, inflammation of the caruncle and/or plica. The symptoms of Graves’ orbitopathy activity which are resistant to the therapy being applied are as following: redness of the conjunctiva, inflammation of the caruncle and/or plica.
Проведен анализ клинической картины эндокринной офтальмопатии у 28 жителей Забайкалья (56 глаз). Оценивались степень тяжести (согласно рекомендациям EUGOGO) и активность (по шкале CAS) болезни на 1–2 день от поступления и на 12–14 день, определялся тиреотропный гормон. Выявлено отсутствие влияния возраста пациента, компенсации тиреоидного статуса на степень тяжести и активность эндокринной офтальмопатии. Отмечено более тяжелое течение эндокринной офтальмопатии у лиц мужского пола. Оценена распространенность симптомов активности заболевания, более распространены отек век, инъекция сосудов конъюнктивы, хемоз, воспаление карункулы. Выявлены симптомы активности эндокринной орбитопатии, резистентные к проводимой терапии: инъекция сосудов конъюнктивы, воспаление карункулы.
