The paper deals with correctness of Parmenides’ deduction of «homogeneity» (В 8. 4; 22; 24 DK) or, in other words, correctness of Parmenides’ deduction of «unintelligibility of differences». We are proving that in В 3; 6. 1-2; 8. 34-37 DK we have an important statement: any act of true intellection enters into relations with its noema. We can substitute for these «relations» the «intentionality of the act of intellection to its noema», or «identity of the act of intellection with its noema». In any case, given the propositions’ intelligibility by true intellection, the statement above is the main premise, which results in regressus ad infinitum. So, if the «unintelligibility of propositions» is proved, then the «unintelligibility of differences» follows.
